CarnelianButterfly
If it is a full period. Some spotting and cramping like a light period can occur when you first become pregnant.

royksopp
Well, I was afraid because I had my period 5days-1week late, but it was because last time I had sex, I took the MAP, and I've been told MAP usually can make your period come 1 week later than normally. Is it true?

Is it true? It is a pill of hormones, yes, it can mess with your cycle. but you CAN still get your period while pregnant, why do you think some people dont realise they are up the duff until they drop sprog? lessy20
Yes, because it messes with your cycle. You're most likely not pregnant.
CarnelianButterfly
Take a pregnancy test or go to the doctor. Its better to be sure than just keep guessing.

caro33
up the duff = pregnant sprog = babies Yes you can also have implantation bleeding and even other forms of bleeding while pregnant that happen at the time of the period. I would have thought that would be a once off though, and not monthly through the duration of a pregnancy.

caro33
wrong...my friend was pregnant two months and had her regular period Not possible in a technical sense, but that's not to say there's no bleeding, and it can happen at the time that a period would have come. link removed link removed See this for mixed responses! link removed
