It would just make you someone who had a foreign substance inserted into her breast. I have friends who have gotten implants and loved them. When I slept with that woman, I didn't notice they were fake until she took her clothes off. Maybe I just wasn't paying attention, I don't know. And yes, when you touch them, you can certainly tell that they are fake. Some people even think that's sexy because they don't like the soft, cushy, sagginess of real ones. IMO, fake is not sexy... when you go out it's nice to get dressed up.. putting fake nails and fake eyelashes and wearing padded bras. All that stuff is fun.
