On the odd occasion eons ago when I had the fortune to expreience such an occasion (orgasm after oral) the general outcome was me getting very still and very quiet because to move or make sound would be to take away from the good feeling. I pretty much would lay there tensed, not breathing until the stimulation went over that point of being orgasmic to being painful.... I think alot of women are that way.... A woman will very often stiffen up and hold the headboard when she is close to orgasm. Be happy you got her that far and she enjoyed you. Maybe she wanted to move to intercourse and have an orgasm that way. I do that often. Sometimes we need 'something' inside us and a closer intimate bond more than an oral orgasm. It's all good honey.
