ves Posted April 20, 2006 Share Posted April 20, 2006 I'm working out too. I got an elliptical and I do it 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes. I know it's not accurate, but the little counter saying I've burned 600 calories sure feels great! The weight has been coming off in fits and starts. I'll go up a few lbs or plateau before my period, then lose that and a few more after it's over. Weird. I started at the end of February, and I've lost about 10lbs so far. I could NEVER do a low-carb thing. I love all fruits - how can grapes be bad for you? Pshaw! My new favorite snack are Rold Gold honey wheat "braided" pretzels. 110 calories a serving, 1g fat, not too salty and a teeny bit sweet. YUM!
