Cellisia
Staring into the endless darkness with no light to guide her, She needs a light Emotions no one ever sees She hides them with a smile But the sadness within her eyes will never fade away Those china doll eyes Her china doll eyes that you can see your reflection in And yet there's something else there It's always been there Unnoticed Blocked behind the innocent smile of a young girl Hiding from the world No one understands her No one tries Those china doll eyes She'll always be alone She neither hates nor loves Always saying she's ok Hiding her emotions forever behind those china doll eyes Stuck to her own ways Hiding emotion Hiding love Taking it in as a weakness and nothing else Seeing is believing and nothing more Things are falling apart But you cant tell what secrets lie Behind those china doll eyes Tears born from confusion But who needs to cry She doesn't To cry would be an emotion Which she seems not to have Not capable of showing what she's hidden for years She can no longer love or hate All is hidden behind those china doll eyes No one ever chooses to go further Because no one cares Always to focused on her smile To notice there's something more It only lies behind her china doll eyes She'll continue looking at the world At it's people Bearing a smile Always sure to be seen But behind her china doll eyes They'll never know No one bothers to look Beyond those eyes Those emotionless eyes That stare endlessly into the darkness of the world What does lie behind her china doll eyes? Kasai
Wow, that's beautiful. Repetition can often be the killing point in a poem, imo, but you used it wonderfully.
