For every happy late-night stay You've always been there, caressing my hair. You are my light, my hope, my ray Caressing my hair, with your loving stare. For every what if or what may With a loving stare, I know we're a pair. Even in the grasps of life's leech; Everyone has a dream, they hope it comes true. I thought mine were just beyond reach; How far off they did seem, until I met you. My boyfriend wrote this for me last Valentine's day. It brought tears to my eyes to read because we broke up and I still love him very much. I posted this because I wanted others to read and hopefully be insipred by it to write their own poetry for the one they love. Please don't stop showing the person you love that you love them. Please don't miss the chance to tell the person you love that you love them. Appreciate your partner and love them with everything you have and they will do the same for you.
