I just want to get this clear.

I've heard a lot of defination of make out...but the most ones i hear is either:

Its tounging while kissing

or just kissing like nonstop

Idk i guess it could be both, but i'd just like to find that out..a tad curious

Making out, for me anyway, is kissing, touching, cuddling, for longer than the time it takes for a quick kiss.

This can include tongue.

I haven't had a good make out session for awhile. Always kind of skip that part with the bf. I'm going to have to have a date with him this weekend

Making out isnt just "kissing with tongue"

It involves everything -- kissing, cuddling, touching, rolling around, dry humping (haha) and usually you're on a bed or at least lying down, coz "make out sessions" can last a pretty damn long time... Last time my boyfriend came over we had a freakin 10 hour makeout session.. (actually went 12 hours, but we had a 2 hr dinner break.)

Thats the good thing about it... it never gets boring.

It seems that once you take your relationship to the next level and start having sex, "making out" turns into "foreplay" and the time shortens down to around 10/20 minutes. haha.

i agree with kitz it's not just toung kissing o and when you do makeout i agree with kitz again you normaly want to be laying down. it is a bit different stading up but one way of making out i would not sugest is if you have ever seen spider man the movie you know how the kiss where 1 is facing down and the other up evan if you are laying down it is sorta difficult but it is fun and a new thing to try
