Dako
Tell them you'll stop, and then stop. It's not worth risking your parents' trust just to get a buzz on.

keenan
Tell them it happened two months ago, that it was one of your only times, and that you haven't done it since & don't intend to. Tell them that you're really sorry. You can't do much else. It kills your memory, you know. Bad stuff.
ocrob
I think everyone has given you great advice. It is always good to be proactive in these situations. Obviously you have been caught, but you need to tell them before your school does. If they ask why you did not tell them earlier, then just be honest and say you were scared and did not want to disappoint them. Most parents know what goes on with young people and they would rather be in the loop, then worried sick about you. The truth is that they can punish you, but not stop you from doing just about anything. Be honest with your parents and go from there.
ShySoul
Be honest. Lying or hiding things would just make it worse. Tell them that you did it two months ago but haven't done it since. Admit it was wrong and that you should have told them and come clean. Say you understand how stupid it is and won't do it again. Then talk things out with them, saying why you did it. Accept whatever punishment they give. Odds are they will probably be more lenient if you come clean yourself and are responsible about the whole thing.
