he completely changed

i had my best friend for like 5 years and i moved away. i went to visit him 2 years later and he completely changed.

 

he drinks, isnt going to graduate highschool. has no motivation.

 

this sucks, ill tell you mor later when i have time.

For me it has. My cousin. We were awesome friends as kids. Then I see him years later and he's completely changed. He doesn't seem to have any motivation and doesn't care it seems. I'm in College now and he's looking for a job. Life can be odd sometimes. Sometimes I wish I could help him out, but I realize too: not everyone can be helped. Such is life.

it sucks, because we were reaslly close. i dont think we are friends anymore. we dont talk anymore and when we do it is always disappointing. it is strange because for the rest of my life when people ask who my best friend is i would have to say it is him.

I would have to say the same thing. I was really close with my cousin, and then he changed in the little time I see him. I have a best friend, but he was a great support when I was young. Now that I'm stronger, I wish I could help him a lot, but maybe he has to be the one to help himself. I hope your friend improves his life. Good luck to him and you.
