a new addition?

Ok, lets see... If there's a new acquaintance I don't see that often and sometimes I see for a brief time but I'm with my friends and he just says hi. So well, I was wondering how I could introduce him to my "circle" of friends. I realized in many (not all unfortunately) it is harder to socialize with people, not because of their "clique" or their ethnicity, but because it's harder to introduce yourself into their whole group... I mean group mentality is different from individual mentality... I myself had some friends of different groups last year, and I didn't get to know their other friends until they themselves introduced me... So I was thinking if it'd be a good idea to introduce that guy to my other friends. If so, how? I'm not good at these things... Thank you.

I suggest go up to your group, with this new acquitance, and say:

"Hey everyone, this is so-and-so." And then maybe go from there and see what his interest are and perhaps he'll click with someone. That's a good start, I guess. Good luck.
