Have a question; new member

Hello, I just joined about a month ago and I don’t understand how to give reputation points. I hope this is the correct site to post this at. I think I see where to do it, but I’m not understanding it. And, what are reaction points? What’s the difference between the two? Thank you. Vesna

Thank you, Seraphim! I did get a little mixed up the first couple of times I tried it, and gave two people the thank you sign (medal) instead of the like sign (heart). But I think I got it right after that. I can be a little dense at times; lol… Thanks again, Vesna
