Whats in my heart...

well this is quite an old poem i wrote and most certainly doesn't apply to the person i wrote it about anymore as we didn't have the best of break-ups.... but anyway let me know what you think

 

 

What's in my heart is not unknown,

it's as clear as day to me,

and when i'm thinking of you, as i often do,

these thoughts run through my head;

you're my light in the darkness, i can't believe it's true

that you could feel the same for me, as i do for you

And that no matter what i say, and no matter what i do

i hope you know my love for you will always be true
