What have you tried to do about fixing it besides complaining? Your post makes it sound like it's all on her to change.

 

...My wife recognizes this but doesn't go along with ideas I have to correct the issues and so I told her that I am sexually frustrated.

 

Seems like OP made it pretty clear what he's done, right here.

 

There really isn't much OP can do, physically. If his wife wants to cosleep with their kids, she's going to and, as it's pretty inappropriate to have sex when there's a toddler in your bed, that pretty well puts a damper on the intimacy.
