Divulging to a close friend of family member without telling you breaches confidentiality and can cause tensions. So sincerely. How should he have handled this? Would you let him talk to anyone? Maybe he wants to talk to a confidant that, you know, actually knows you. You will not find that here or on any other anonymous message board.
