That's literally the mental image that I get when thinking about this relationship: two people peering at each other from behind their respective walls, maybe lobbing something over from time to time. What about driving to that theater in that cute downtown area instead of seeing it at the mall and catching it?" Or "look...Facebook says that the ice cream place is finally open. Let's go!" I think few respond to open ended "we are going on a date Saturday night..." Also, simply sitting down, having coffee with your wife and not talking about the relationship but asking about her day or talking about books you read is also a start!
