I also agree that you are not ready for a life long relationship, so at the very least you should put the engagement/marriage plans on hold for now. Then maybe also go to couples counseling because clearly, there are issues in your relationship. And yes, you are cheating on your fiance. "Lots of kissing and groping" and going out together is definitely up there on the cheating charts. Personally, I feel your fiance deserves to know the truth so that HE is in control of whether he even still wants to be with you. He should have the right to make that decision and know the truth (imo). ^ I agree with Capricorn. Your fiancé definitely deserves to know the truth.
