Um, this one is about my ex-b/f. The second time we hooked back up. (We hooked up after our first break-up, then I wrote this...but since then we have split up again. Still love him to bits though. And he loves me also. =). Here, I'll break it down for you even: "From The Moment You Took My Hand" I took your hand You lead me through the crowd ((the first time we really 'met' we ended up getting stuck in this big crowd and had to get back to our other friends...so we had to grab hands as not to get lost from each other...even though we had only met each other ONCE before then. lol.)) Funny how the littlest things mean the most Funny how things work out ((That was in the summer. Then I saw him again when school started back up and well...we ended up dating. heh.)) I think it's rare that someone would dare to step out and share the WHY and HOW of what they write! That is a very brave thing to do... What is so amazing about your lyrics and your poems is that (for me anyway) I could take this and apply it to my own situation with my wife, maybe from her perspective even, I dont know, I'd have to think on that... ;-) But, my point is that you bring so much to the table when you sit and write... I've said this before and others have said it on here too, but you should seriously consider songwriting as a career choice, or at least as a 'paid' outlet... How many of your lyrics on here would make incredible songs!!! Keep it up, FNO...
