I wrote this poem about our world and what its become. Sure its not the best poem but it says alot, I am proud of this one. Its called Our Resolution... I am up for feedback... Disappointing how the world turned Shocking how our planet churned We'd something we called Earth But like always we lost our sense of mirth Now, Money for the rich, nothing for the poor So many souls gone through hells door 'N Every single person, into World Domination Twisting this place, forming obliteration [Chorus Start] Our world is pierced and torn Shattered lies as people mourn Our land, now overrun with pollution Whilst others forget about our resolution Animals, theyre scarred for life People bleeding, rapped in knives... Our rivers run red, our lives run grey No one now cares about today! [Chorus End] We've lost our sense of humanity Just to gain complete and utter insanity We've marked our way to the finish line Peace has ran away, to show no sign No ones realised what we've done Its all explosives, bombs 'n guns No one knows now, who they are But not to worry, the finish isnt far Our Resolution Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
