If it annoys me I'll keep pulling it back, once in a while I'll twirl the whole thing up and move it on to the other shoulder.. If I'm bored I'll take a strand and keep turning it and turning it until I can't turn it anymore, and do the same thing. If I'm nervous the same thing happens. ...
