Tinkerbell
Beautifully written, if you do decide to share it with your mother I'm sure it'll get quite a reaction out of her. One small thing though - It's spelled wasting, not waisting.
Scout
To be honest, if my child gave me that poem I would be devastated and racked with guilt for the rest of my life. On the other hand, when I was a teenager, there were plenty of times I would have loved to give my Mom a poem like that!
under_the_pressure
That poem is very deep, and I know it came from the heart. I know how it feels, how they want you to be something you aren't. I don't think I could my Mother a poem like that. It would crush her, and no matter how badly she makes me feel, I know it's not with intention and I still love her so. I just couldn't do it. Keep writing, it helps. under*
