We have discussed that I would appreciate him not doing this because it hurts the trust I have in him. He agrees then does it again. It is just so emotionally draining. His issues become my issues. The way men react can really been challenging at times. It's like they completely shut down to the point of not even being able to say 'I need time to think'. It feels selfish and cruel.
