If you do have the same feeling please explain what trigger this feeling and how you can over come. Would like to hear from guys and girls. But I feel that is more tied into my whole routine changing suddenly back in March. Not sure if thats what you were after? TO coujter it I talk to friends and try my best to remain busy.
