Now Calm

 

Where did it stop?

I finally got here

and now entirely elated

I rest wasted away.

Eaten to happiness.

The storm is over

but because the sky

ran away. Scared

of what it might become.

 

Kept

 

Kept here for hate

kept here for being a slave

only to work for the other.

No power compares

and nothing will take it to hell.

And we are kept here

for no reason.
