I remember one about us$50 that had a 3 speed shaft with a section of rotating beads as well as a little penguin (dolphin?) thing for clitoral stimulation that was also three speeds. My girl couldn't use it on herself to any good effect but in my hands for five minutes it was a different story. I liked it because it gave ME a break After I exhausted all of my personal options I'd use the vib on her while I recovered some stamina.
