In my opinion, you are not making a mistake by chasing her down to tell her you are sorry. About the psychic... well, I think its kind of creepy that she or he knew that. And well, I am not sure which one is the best way to contact her. But I don't think it's too late. Perhaps someone else can tell you which is the best way to contact her. I liked this girl, when I was younger, and I finally tracked her down. Well I saw her, and found out she had a boyfriend.
