Attempted Friends With The Ex & The "Talk"

Thanks LongDist I agree with everything you've said. I am doing NC on my end for the time being. I have nothing to say to him at this point. Unintentionally, I have been bringing up relationship talk which isn't fair to him because he has told me not to expect anything. On the other hand, I'm the only one trying to maintain this "friendship" if you want to call it that, and I'm emotionally exhausted. If he calls me fine, but if not, then I'm not calling. I guess we'll see what happens, but I'm not holding my breath.
