ccny13 Posted January 1, 2009 Share Posted January 1, 2009 im about 5'9'' 140 lbs, pretty muscular. im an athlete and work out regularly. all of my muscles are pretty toned. my stomach is muscular and hard if i tighten it, yet if i dont tighten it, my lower abs at the end of my stomach is all fat. its not a lot at all..really not noticeable, yet i would like to get rid of it. i would also really like to have a flat flat flaaattt muscular tight stomach. how do i do this? please help me get rid of my lower stomach little bit of fat and right into a TIGHt FLAAAT STOMACH!! thank you!!
