I wrote this about a year and a half ago. It relates to two of my exes, although not all of it happened. But some of it did.

 

I'm sitting next to you.

You are looking at them.

I walked away.

Did you see me?

 

I gave you everything.

Can you see me?

 

I slit my wrists.

Can you see me?

 

The blood dripped onto your leg.

You didn't see me.

 

I looked at you.

You looked right through me.

 

I pulled out my hair; you saw it all.

Can you see me?

 

I sat and cowered as you degraded me.

Now I wish you couldn't see me.

 

You whispered hate in my ear.

I wish you couldn't see me.

 

You shouted at me.

I wish you couldn't see me.

 

You are looking at them. Again.

Can you see me?

 

I slit my wrists. Again.

You can't see me.

 

"RIP. Beloved daughter and sister."

Can you see me now?

Wow, that's very powerful. Don't worry about those exs', they're losers who don't deserve you. There's still fresh apples there, throw away the bad ones.
