Nah - only actual penetration will do that, break the hymen, you won't lose your virginity by masturbating unless you use a dildo or something similar.

There's an emotional side to this as well as a physical one. As far as I see it, you're a virgin until you have intercourse with somebody. If your hymen gets broken due to use of toys, or some other way, you're still a virgin in my books. Just my two cents.

i don't think it even counts unless you do it with another person. i mean some girls would be considered not virgins anymore just because of falling weird or ridding a bike, it breaks for all sorts of diff. reasons.

1st of all, the breaking of the hymen doesnt mean u lose ur virginity since some ppl break it during sports or rnt born with one. i consider losing virginity as having intercourse. masterbating may cause u to lose some of ur childhood innocence but definitely not ur virginity.

A girl who has never had sexual intercourse is supposed to have her hymen intact. The hymen is a fleshy, thin membrane, which partially closes the entrance of the vagina. ok, you remain a virgin until actual sexual intercourse, i believe people are talking about the whole hymen 'cherry' etc. yes that can be broken but it doesnt mean you arent a virgin you do have to have intercourse. *agrees with the above*
