With that wish I'll comply,

Even if being away from you,

Makes we nearly want to cry,

Your happiness is important,

It's all I want for you,

So you being alone, with no contact from me,

Is exactly what I'll do,

 

I hope you know that what I needed,

Was never a priority,

I told you that that fateful friday,

And I'm still in the minority,

I should delete your number,

And clean away my inbox,

But something stops me doing that,

I can't explain, I'm foxed,

 

I guess I have some trouble,

Knowing that we're done,

I don't know what I did wrong,
