Brushing the hair back from your face, I kissed your breath, as it rose and fell from your lips. Lullabies beating a tune, inside your heart, as dreams share the secrets of your life. Your face aglow, I am stunned by your peaceful beauty. Legs entwined, your warmth, my home. Miles of smiles, streaming accross my face, as you stir and mumble. Silently...I try to decipher, this language all your own. As you lay sleeping... I pressed my hand to your cheek. Closing my eyes... holding all the love I can for you, within my mind. Whispering calm tomorrows, feelings bursting forth... new spring flowers blossoming. My arms gathering closer... embracing the nakedness against my skin.
