I am the master of my mind, I am not it's slave. I choose the people in my life. I hurt, I feel and I heal. I am what I am intended to be. I have the power to do what I need to do I have the strength to change what I know to be wrong I have the wisdom to know that I cannot change everything I am at peace. I am an example to all.
