    I don't know about friendship, but my mum married one of her teachers. She did her master's degree a bit later in life (late 20's) and they ended up getting together. There was a system set up in case that happened. Basically, he could still be her teacher, but someone else had to grade her essays and tests. But yes, she got an "A". I don't know what the situation is in the states.

    the only times I've ever used lube: 1. Anal sex- it didn't help the pain factor AT ALL and I haven't done it since 2. When I've been drinking, because alcohol makes me really dry down there. Other than that, I prefer it to be a little drier than most. I find the extra friction gives me more pleasure. When I do lots of foreplay, I get really wet and I can barely feel anything. That's why I LOVE quickies.

    Is condomed even a word? I say good for you if it made you feel better. I probably wouldn't have done it because I wouldn't have wanted to spend $7 on condoms for that purpose, but if you had them lying around, then why not? I just hope he doesn't try and get back at you somehow.

    Both of those places look painfully beautiful. I'm planning to travel up to Canada this summer. I've got a friend that lives in Banff! The coldest place I've ever been is Colorado...and that was in October. Hopefully it won't be too cold in Can in July!

    You make it sound like so much fun! I find it even harder for me because I seem to be a naturally cold person. My hands and feet are always icy, even in the summer. I can't seem to get warm unless I have an extra source of heat. Layers and my own body heat don't seem to work for me. I'd be afraid of getting frost bite.

    I think I'm going through this same thing. Where I'm from it doesn't get below 55 F/12 C and that's REALLY cold for there. Now I'm in a place where it's been around 22F/-5 C. I've barely left the house except to go to class and I'm feeling a lot more down than usual. I suspect SAD, but it's going to get warm in a few months and I think I'm just going to have to deal with it. I don't know how you Canadians do it. -30C? That's outragous. Ray Kay, are you from Saskatchewan? & what about you Shikashika?

    I was seriously considering buying a mannequin for that purpose. I told my parents and they thought I was insane! Maybe I should look into a real doll...He can keep me company when I'm driving too.

    I'm not entirely sure that the male version was designed for women. I get the feeling that it was designed for men. I think there are very few women out there would go for "Charlie".

    hahaha. most Australian kids start drinking in their mid teens. They can't buy alcohol or go to pubs, but it's generally accepted (even by parents) that they do it anyway. I've been drinking wine with my mum since I was 15.

    I know it's not Europe, but I'm from Australia and it's the same way there. Most people will date one person at a time and get to know someone fairly quickly. It is definitely frowned upon to date more than one at a time. When I moved to the US I was amazed at all the serial daters. I don't see how you can really get to know someone if you're seeing 12 other people that week too. I know not everyone here is like that, but for those that are, it's not even seen as being a bad thing. It's expected that the other person is dating others too. Personally, I find it all a little seedy.

    You know, all the water on the planet has probably been through some person or animals body at some stage in history. I don't mind washing in purified water, but I don't want to drink it, especially if it's been through someone's body recently. I always have bottled spring water. I know it's not good for the environment, but I have a weak stomach.

    No no no, that's not what I mean. I meant that people are saying they prefer someone who plays sports over someone who goes to the gym. Both of these things are going to be beneficial to health, so why should it matter about their preference. I totally agree about the health benefits of exercise.

    My last boyfriend was 5'11 and 135lbs. He was beautiful. Not sure if you are less than that, but there will always be someone out there who likes your body type.
